PURPOSE:To obtain an extrusion-laminating method of excellent adhesion to a substrate and productivity, by extrusion-laminating the mixture of an ethylene-alpha- olefine copolymer and a polyolefine modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride partially or totally. CONSTITUTION:A compound which is composed of the mixture of an ethylene-alpha- olefine copolymer A and a polyolefine modified partially or totally with an unsaturated carboxylc acid or its anhydride of which an amount of the unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride contained by modification is in a range of 0.1X10<-2>-12X10<-1> millimol equivalent per one gram of a modified product B and contains more than one wt% of a component B to the total compound is extrusion-laminated under conditions of a resin temperature 200- 270 deg.C, an air gap 20-100mm.. An extrusion-lamination of excellent adhesion to a substrate and productivity can be done in such a way.
