<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of heat resistance by interposing a heat radiating member consisting of a material having superior heat conduction between an iron core and the bobbin for the primary coil. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical heat radiating member 8 is engaged with the inside circumference of the bobbin 2 for the primary coil 1. An iron core 3 is pressed and penetrated by inscribing the iron core 3 on the inside circumference of the heat radiating member 8. In this way, when heat is generated from the coil 1 by the operation of an internal combustion engine, a part of the heat is absorbed to the heat radiating member 8 from the bobbin 2. The heat radiating member 8 radiates the absorbed heat to atmosphere from both ends thereof. At the same time, the heat is also transferred to the iron core 3 to radiate the heat from the iron core 3. Threfore, a rise in temperature at the primary coil 1 is reduced. The thermal stress of the secondary coil 6 enclosed thereto become small to cause heat deterioration and cracks. The occurrence of layer short circuit and dielectric breakdown, or the like can extremely be reduced.</p> |
