<p>Method for measuring and/or controlling the interfacial surface tension of liquids by generating vibrations in a circular area of the surface (5) of the liquid, thereby creating a system of stationary waves in concentric rings which may be defined by measuring the intensity of a reflected light beam (L, L'). The method is characterized by an easy operation and is also appropriate to control automatically the interfacial surface tension.</p> |
