PURPOSE:To improve controllability of rotational frequency in the overall operational area by connecting a function generator individually to a proportional operation unit, integral operation unit and a differential operation unit composing a speed governor. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 09 of a fuel ejection pump is controlled by means of a handle 01 setting the rotational frequency and output deflection 07 of a rotational frequency detector 06. A proportional operation unit 010, integral operation unit 011 and a differential operation unit 012 composing a speed governor are respectively connected to a function generator 1 for the proportional operation unit, function generator 2 for the integral operation unit and a function generator 3 for the differential operation unit. Each of function generators 1-3 decides a proportional constant KP, an integral constant TC and a differential constant TD for the rotational frequency N obtained from a rotational frequency detector 06. Thus, operation of excellent controllability covering the overall rotational frequency area (overall operational area) becomes available. |
