PURPOSE:To drive and throw in pipe thread with a simple construction by pushing up the lowermost pipe thread to a position where it gets out of the pivotal range of a check valve in a cop magazine to hold a pushing-up member, withdrow a magazine and drop the magazine into a pipe thread box after the pipe thread is once supported by a carrier member. CONSTITUTION:A pushing-up member 37 of a pushing-up mechanism 29 is raised and held to the uppermost position. Under such condition, the lowermost pipe thread 28 received in a cop magazine 22 is held at position B and a check valve 51 is held at a horizontal position. A pipe thread box 62 is arranged at the front end of a machine mount 21 and the magazine 22 is withdrawn this side by operating a handle 47 so that the magazine 22 is guided by a guide 24 and a bracket 44 and moves on rollers 27. The pipe thread 28 supported at the lowermost position in a pipe thread carrier 36 moves along the upper surface of the pushing-up member 37 as the magazine 22 moves and is supported temporarily at a planer portion 43a. When the magazine 22 moves further, the pipe thread 28 in the magazine 22 passes by a slant face 43b to be dropped and discharged into the pipe thread box 62. |
