PURPOSE:To prevent refrigerant medium or oil for a refrigerating machine from being mixed into supplying hot-water by a method wherein an inside tube is provided with leakage detecting grooves while the reduction of a pressure in the groove due to the leakage of the refrigerant medium is detected by a pressure detector, in the heat exchanger of water for supplying the hot-water produced by a refrigerating cycle. CONSTITUTION:The high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant medium from a compressor 1 exchanges the heat thereof with the water for supplying hot-water in the heat exchanger 2 of the water for supplying hot-water and the temperature thereof is increased. Here, the inside tube 10-1 of the heat exchanger 2 is the tube 10 provided with the leakage detecting grooves 10-5, therefore, the supplying hot-water, kept at an atmospheric pressure in the pressure thereof, is flowed into the groove 10-5 and the pressures in the enclosed groove and a gap 23 are increased in accordance with the amount of the leakage in case the tube is eroded by electric errosion. By the pressure, the switch 20-3 of the pressure detector 20 is put OFF and the operation of the refrigerating machine is stopped. Accordingly, the mixing of the refrigerant medium or the oil for the refrigerating machine into the supplying hot-water due to generation of leakage may be prevented. |
