发明名称 ULTRASONIC WAVE FLOWMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate output correction corresponding to the change in temperature of fluid to be measured, by extracting the component responding to the temperature change of the fluid to be measured, and determining the constant in a plant utilizing a specified operation expression. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving element 1a-2b are attached to a pipe 5 by attaching members 3a-4b. The signals of the transmitting and receiving elements 1a-2b are supplied to an ultrasonic wave flowmeter circuit part 6, where the oscillation and reception of the ultrasonic wave signals are controlled. The difference in propagating times in the forward and reverse directions with respect to the flowing direction of the fluid to be measured and the propagating time from the transmission to the reception of the ultrasonic wave are measured. By using the propagation difference data from the ultrasonic wave flowmeter circuit 6, the output temperature correction value with respect to the output of the flowmeter is computed in a computing part 7. Said computing part 7 is composed of an amplifier adjuster 71 which amplifies and adjusts the propagation time difference signal 8, a propagation time signal 9, and signal voltages; a bias circuit part 72; a squaring device 73 which squares the signal voltage; and a divider 74 which divides the output voltage of the amplifying adjustor 71 by the output voltage of the squaring device 73.
