PURPOSE:To simplify an assembly operation and to improve the space resolving power and the contrast resolving power of a titled detector, by laminating a radiant ray low absorbing substance in one body on the incident surfaces of the radiant ray of plural scintillator elements and providing the detector with a constitution of preventing the scattering radiant-ray to be made incident to the scintillator elements. CONSTITUTION:A detector 10 of X-rays is provided essentially with a supporting substrate 11, photoelectric conversion elements 12, scintillator elements 13 and a layer 14 of a radiant-ray low absorbing substance, and fluorescence emitted by the elements 13 is photoelectrically converted by the elements 12 and the detected data of each scintillator element 13 are outputted. An X-rays low absorbing substance e.g. a carbon plate or an aluminium plate 14 is laminated on the upper surface of each scintillator element 13 arranged parallelly through an adhesive agent 17 in which an optically reflecting agent is mixed and covers the upper surface of the elements 13 in one body plate, and therefore the scattering X-rays are absorbed therein and are not made incident to the scintillator elements 13. |
