PURPOSE:To automatically supply liquefied helium, by providing a liquefied helium feeder with a pressure valve which changes the flow rate depending on the pressure of a liquefied helium supply vessel. CONSTITUTION:A valve 9 is a mechanical switch, which is turned on or off in response to the change in pressure. Prescribed gas application is effected from a pressure valve 7 to the valve 9. When the pressure in a liquefied helium supply vessel 6 has fallen, the valve 9 is opened so that the gas from the pressure valve 7 flows. When the pressure in the vessel 6 has risen to a required level, the valve 9 is closed. According to this constitution, liquefied helium is automatically supplied. |
