4-Sulphidooxazaphosphorines and their use in treating cancer and for immunosuppression

Combined use of 4-sulphidooxazaphosphorines of the general formula <IMAGE> in which the radicals R1-R5 have the meaning stated in Claim 1, with thio compounds of the general formula R6SR7 II in which R6 is the glutathionyl radical or a straight-chain or branched C2-C6-alkyl radical which is substituted once or twice by hydroxyl groups, mercapto groups, amino groups, C2-C6-alkoxy groups or carboxyl groups, and R7 is hydrogen, or in which R7 can also be a C2-C6-sulphoalkylthio group if R6 is a C2-C6-sulphoalkyl group, results in an improvement in the chemotherapy of cancers, in particular in respect of toxic side effects.
