PURPOSE:To make the circumference even, by storing a meter number, the number of rotation, and the circumference in a computer, judging the length of the circumference with respect to the number of rotation for the second piece and thereafter, and automatically controlling a warping speed or a tension adjusting device of a front roller. CONSTITUTION:The number of rotation D of a beam and the beam circumference R, at the time point of the warping length L for the first piece, are stored. For the second piece and thereafter, the device is set so that it is automatically stopped at the final number of rotation D for the first piece. The length of R with respect to the stored D is judged as to whether it is long or short in the middle of the operation, and the adjustment is performed automatically. When knitting or weaving is performed by using a plural lines of beams in a knitting machine or a weaving machine, said warping data is retrieved and inputted into a microcomputer attached to the knitting machine or weaving machine. The difference in D, when each roll of cloth is cut, is judged. Then, beam feed is adjusted so that a plural lines of the beams are simultaneously finished. Thus, the loss of yarn is reduced, quiality is stabilized, and economical effect is enhanced. |
