<p>The present invention relates to a fixing device to be mounted by pinching on the edge of a panel. This device essentially comprises a tongue bent into a U-shape, comprising a first branch (1) with an orifice (6), the diameter of which is less than that of the thread (7) of a screw (8), in order to prevent the deformation of the second branch (2) under the effect of the screwing force imparted to the screw (8), and in order thus to obtain the natural positioning of the screw (8) in line with the receiving and screwing orifice (9) provided in the second branch (2).
