PURPOSE:To prevent lowering in solar heat absorbing capacity and heat radiation characteristic of a solar heat collector even after it is heated to about 400 deg.C by a construction wherein it is formed by a base material of copper or copper alloy for the heat collector plate having nickel plating of a predetermined thickness thereon on which black chrome is plated further. CONSTITUTION:In a solar heat collector constituted by a heat collector tube 5 and a heat collector plate 4 which are made of copper or copper alloy and which are inserted into a transparent glass tube 1 kept under vacuum, the base material for the heat collector plate 4 has a nickel plating 3 of 3-10mu thick on which black chrome plating 2 of 0.2-2.5mu thick is formed further. This solar heat collector shows little deterioration in the heat absorling and reflection characteristics thereof even after it is heated to about 400 deg.C and exhibits an excellent heat resistance. |
