IRON CORE PUNCHING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To more effectively use a steel plate by continuously punching the ?-shaped segment and the E-shaped segments forming the laminated iron core in such a manner that said ?-shaped segment at the center of band plate mother material and the E-shaped segments in both sides of said ?-shaped segment with the projected parts faced inside. CONSTITUTION:A ?-shaped segment 2 and E-shaped segment 3 forming an laminated iron core A are punched from the band plate shaped thin steel plate mother material. The ?-shaped segment 2 is continuously punched adjacently in the longitudinal direction at the center of width direction of mother material and the E-shaped segments 3 are continuously punched in the longitudinal direction in both sides of said ?-shaped segment 2 with the projected parts 9A faced inside. The E-shaped segments 3 are formed bridging over the adjacent ?-shaped segment 2 and the path of closed leakage magnetic flux is selected to the projected parts 9A, 9B formed between the ?-shaped segment 2 and the E-shaped segments 3.
