PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned device without necessitating adjustment of a contacting pressure after a twisting adjustment by a method wherein the axial center of the feeding roll is moved in following the movement of the axial center of a form cylinder due to the twisting adjustment and the contacting pressure between the feeding roll and the form cylinder is synchronized correctly with the twisting adjustment of the form cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When the twisting adjustment for the form cylinder 3 is effected so as to move the location of the axial center F4 to the same of axial center F5, the axial center of the feeding roll 28 is moved from the location of a rotation F6 to the same of the notation F7. In this case, the form cylinder 3 is moved about the central part of a frame 1 shown by a notation S while the feeding roll 28 is also moved about the central part of the frame 1 shown by the notation S1. Even in case the distances 1 between the central parts of the frames 1, 2 and the end of the roll are large or the distance L between the frames 1, 2 is small, the synchronizing property of the feeding roll 28 with respect to the form cylinder 3 is good and even if the twisting adjustment of the form cylinder 3 is effected after adjusting the contact pressure between the form cylinder 3 and the feeding roll 28, the contact pressure between both parts 2, 28 will never be changed by this adjustment. |
