PURPOSE:To improve the general-purpose properties and the flexibility of data communication processing, by queuing transmission messages from a host processor to respective devices in an idle transmitting queue terminal and transmitting them in block units. CONSTITUTION:An application AP controlling part 8 of a host processor 2 is provided with a work station controlling table 15 having message transmitting queue terminals QTs 16-1-16-3 and a service waiting QT 17. Transmission messages from an AP processing part 9 to devices 3-1-3-3 of a terminal 1 are queued in an idle QT of QTs 16-1-16-3; and if all QTs are not idle, they are queued in the QT 17. When a message transmission request is issued, a schedule processing part 21 schedules messages in units of blocks 18-20 queued in QTs 16-1-16-3. When a transmitting QT becomes idle, a waiting queue processing 22 dequeues contents of the QT 17 to connect them to the idle transmitting QT and starts the processing part 21. Thus, the controling part 8 performs the service equally for devices without being aware of individual devices. |
