摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a printing blanket suitable for a high speed offset printing by simultaneously performing the generation of fine bubble cells and the vulcanization of a rubber elastic body based on the evaporation and volatilization of a low-boiling point solvent in an adsorptive solid. CONSTITUTION:A low boiling point solvent such as toluene is adsorbed by an adsorptive solid such as activated charcoal, activated white clay or molecularsive in the form of fine particle with a mesh of less than 50 and then mixed into a rubber elastic body blend for consturcting a compressing layer. A sheet is formed from the mixture and a solvent is evaporated away therefrom as required. This sheet is heated up to the vulcanization temperature to achieve the generation of fine bubble cells and the vulcanization of a rubber elastic body simultaneously based on the evaporation of the low boiling point solvent in the adsorptive solid. |
