PURPOSE:To gather efficiently status information of latches in a processing device, by constituting the device so that the state of latches to be monitored are displayed in one screen, unit. CONSTITUTION:Latch information inputted to a keyboard 4 is set to a display latch address register 6, and clock rate information is inputted to a synchronizing mechanism 7. Thereafter, the mechanism 7 starts a clock controlling part 8 to control a required clock transmission and send contents of the display latch address register 6 to a latch selective reading circuit 3. Then, latches are operated successively, and contents of a latch group including a designated latch are read out by the latch selective reading circuit 3 and are stored in a buffer mechanism 9. After latch information corresponding to a prescribed number of clocks is obtained in this manner, an editing mechanism 10 is started. The mechanism 10 transmits designated latch information to a display mechanism 11. The mechanism 11 displays or prints one-screen components of information on a display 12 or a printer 13. |
