A folder made from cardboard, plastic or the like is provided, having two inner folds connected to each other by a spine, one inner fold having two elastic threading tongues fixed therein and the other inner fold having two through holes, arranged correspondingly to the threading tongues, and a covering bar, the threading tongues being designed as flat plastic tongues and the covering bar being enlarged beyond the inner fold which carries it, and flat tongues, extending parallel to the edge of the fold and at a distance therefrom, being arranged on the enlarged portion of the covering bar, under which flat tongues the threading tongues can be guided in the direction perpendicular to the edge of the fold.
