PURPOSE:To perform analysis of high reproducibility without errors due to manual operations, by automating processing of preliminary adsorption, development and drying. CONSTITUTION:According to an instruction from a console 22, a circuit 21 opens a valve 7, switches cocks 10 and 11, and drives an air pump 15 for pressure to apply a pressure to the inside of a first solvent tank 4, and a developing solvent A is supplied therefrom into a developing tank 2. When the processing of preliminary adsorption is completed, the control circuit 21 switches valves 7 and 10 to supply the developing solvent additionally into the developing tank 2. When the processing of development is completed, a valve 11 is switched, an air pump 16 for reducing pressure is driven, the valve 7 is opened, and the developing solvent in the developing tank 2 is collected into the solvent tank 4. Then, the air pump 15 for pressure is driven to exhaust a gas containing the vapor of solvent through a piping 20, and a dried nitrogen gas is blown in and held during the time of drying processing. A developed thin-layer plate P thus obtained is set at a chromatoscanner or the like to be analyzed. |
