PURPOSE:To eliminate influence of radio wave interference by an external radio wave, by modulating a bias electric power supply of an oscillator by specified frequency. CONSTITUTION:A frequency area which causes a drawing effect is a difference DELTAf between oscillation frequency ft of a solid oscillator 1 and an external radio wave f1, and DELTAf is decided by intensity of the external radio wave, Q of the oscillator 1, isolation from the outside, etc. When modulation width DELTAfM of a frequency modulator 7 is made sufficiently larger than the area DELTAf which causes a drawing effect, drawing can be prevented. |
