PURPOSE:To check the eccentric advance of a belt and thereby achieve self- aligning control, by checking a belt edge at the opposite side of that one-sided, when a conveyor belt comes out of center. CONSTITUTION:In case a belt 2 is one-sided to the left in its moving direction, a side roller 11 at the left is pushed to the outside by the edge of the belt 2. Since the side roller 11 and a roller cradle 4 are unified in one, when the side roller 11 is pushed to the outside, the roller cradle 4 is simultaneously shifted to the left sliding on a rail 3. With this movement, the lower end of a lever 12 attached to the right end of the roller cradle 4 is shifted toward the right along the taper surface of a guide 16 fitted with a taper being inclined the more forward the more inward, so that a roller 13 attached to the upper end part of this lever 12 is displaced downward while a roller 14 is displaced upward respectively. With this, the belt is brought back to the center. |
