Reversing rolled-out dough slices before forming into rolls - by placing on conveyor delivering onto oppositely moving slower conveyor

Arrangement is intended for reversing the leading and trailing ends particularly of a rolled-out slice of dough such that the wetter initially trailing end arrives at the dough roll forming station first, thus finishing up at the centre of the dough roll. The dough slice emerging downwards from the slice rolling station is received on an approx. horizontal conveyor arranged above a second horizontal conveyor which moves in opposite direction and at slower speed than that of the first conveyor and feeds the roll forming station. The arrangement is such that the first conveyor delivers the slice on to the second conveyor, the slice initially sliding thereon against its direction of movement until completely deposited.
