PURPOSE:To stabilize the motion of a revolving scroll by a method wherein a balance hole is provided on the end plate of the revolving scroll to coincide the center of gravity of the revolving scroll with the center of a driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:Two balance holes 20, from which weights corresponding to the amount of an unbalance are removed, are provided on the opposing surface 8' of the surface formed with a lap 10 in the end plate of the revolving scroll 6 so as to coincide the center of gravity G of the revolving scroll 6 with the center of the driving shaft 18 of the revolving scroll 6 or the center of the revolving scroll 6 substantially. Accordingly, a centrifugal force in accompanied with the revolving motion of the revolving scroll may be reduced and the motion of the revolving scroll may be stabilized. |
