Demodulation method

In a demodulation method for frequency-modulated radio-frequency signals, a direct-current signal corresponding to the carrier frequency is generated. In order to allow the direct-current signal to follow the respective carrier frequency quickly, the duration of the period of the carrier frequency is derived from the radio-frequency signal and converted into a direct-current pulse. In the period, the direct-current pulse controls an integrator to a voltage value proportional to the duration of the direct-voltage pulse. During the next period, this voltage value is loaded into a storage circuit as the direct-voltage signal, and the integrator is reset.
