PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. having excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and water resistance, by blending an alkyl acrylate copolymer, an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer and a specific modified olefin copolymer at a required wt. ratio. CONSTITUTION:An alkyl acrylate copolymer (A) (e.g. an acrylic rubber), an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer (B) (e.g. an ethylene-propylene rubber) and a modified olefin copolymer (C) obtained by addition reaction of about 0.01-20pts.wt. reactive monomer (e.g. maleic anhydride) contg. an amino, hydroxyl, epoxy, carboxyl or acid anhydride group per 100pts.wt. copolymer (B) are prepd. A required oil-resistant and weathering resistant rubber compsn. can be obtained by blending these copolymers at the wt. ratios of a component (A) to components (B) and (C) of 90:10-10:90 and component (B) to component (C) of 0:100-70:30. |
