发明名称 TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure a temp. by a simple constitution, by using the material such as a semiconductor for an optical temp. sensor in which an optical reflectivity and absorption are varied as the function of wave length and temp. of light and by using bundled fibers as an optical transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A light from a light source 1 is introduced to an optical temp. sensor 25 constituted of semiconductors etc. through bondled fibers 24, and its emitted light is divided into two through bundled fibers 26 and a light connector 27 and are passed through optical BPFs 29, 30 and are optically and electrically converted by optical detectors 12. The sensor 25 has a wave length lambdag (T) light absorption and its absorption ratio of light is rapidly increased against the light having a shorter wave length than lambdag. The wave length lambdag is shifted to a side of a long wave length in accordance with the increase of temp. If BPFs 29, 30 are designed so that only wave length band is transmitted as shown by 40, 41, the intensity of transmitted light from the BPF29 is reduced in accordance with the elevation of temp., but the intensity of transmitted light from the BPF30 is not dependent on the temp. Therefore, if the inputted voltage ratio is counted by a divider 31, a temp. measurement depending only on the temp. of the sensor 25 and with high accuracy is performed.
