PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an error on cutting by forming a slit to the guide plate of sheets of paper and deeply entering one part of the edge side of a cutter from the slit. CONSTITUTION:In order to move slip paper D in the Y direction, a pair of track frames 7 are slid along shafts 5, 6, adjusted so as to fit to the intervals of the connecting holes D1 of a sheet of paper D, and connected to connecting pins 11. A manually operated knob 36 is turned, and the sheet of paper is forwarded until the side edge of the sheet of paper is projected outward from end surfaces at the lower sides in the feeding direction of the sheet of paper of the track frames 7. When a driving material 2 is actuated, chains 10 are rotated, and the sheet of paper D is forwarded in the Y direction. The lower sections of the disk cutters 23 enter into the slits 25, and the cutters cut the sheet of paper positively, smoothly and continuously even when the sheet of paper D and a machine frame are vibrated minutely more or less. |
