发明名称 GEAR CLATTER PREVENTION MECHANISM FOR GEARED TRANSMISSION
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the assembly property of a spring by employing a wave spring as spring to press a subgear against the side of a main gear without the insertion of the spring into a snap ring groove provided on a boss section of the main gear. CONSTITUTION:As a spring 40, a wave spring which is roughly equal in the inner diameter to the outer diameter of a boss section 20b of a main gear 20 and larger in the free length (the axial length thereof before assembly) than a snap ring groove 20b1 provided on the boss section 20b is employed. This allows the spring 40 to be mounted to a mounting section 20b2 without insertion of the spring 40 into a snap ring groove 20b1 provided on the boss 20b of the main gear 20 thereby improving the assembly property remarkably eliminating the blocking of the spring 40 in the mounting of a snap ring 50.
