PURPOSE:To improve variance in resonance frequency, oscillation resistance, and mass-productivity by fixedly inserting a dielectric material into part of a coaxial resonator structure. CONSTITUTION:Conductor metallic films 4 and 5 are provided to the outside of a dielectric material 3 and the inside where a center conductor 2 is inserted; and the dielectric material is inserted fixedly in contact with the internal wall of the external conductor 1 and the center conductor 2. In this case, creamy solder 6, etc. is inserted between said metallic films 4 and 5 of the dielectric material 3, and the internal wall of the external conductor 1 and the external wall of the center conductor 2 to fix both tightly, obtaining performance which is very stable electrically. |
