PURPOSE:To improve the bondability of a connecting part by forming a rugged part on the boundary surface between the coil body molded in advance in one step and two-step injection molded connecting part of a cable unit. CONSTITUTION:Annular projections 6a which respectively surround lead terminals 2, 2 of coils are formed at the boundary surface 1a between a coil body 1 molded by one-step injection with epoxy resin exposed at the lead terminals 2, 2 and a connecting part molded by two-step injection. An annular projection 7a is similarly formed at a cable unit 3 molded by exposing cable terminals 4, 4. The body 1 and the cable unit 3 are integrated via the connecting part. |
