Ventilation shafts (10) are suspended in buildings by steel bands (15) which are held up by one each or even more holders and whose ends are joined by turning them in on themselves with the help of a grip tool (16) which has an insertion section (18) with a feeder passage for the end of the band after which it is bent towards the section's exterior and then locked in position via foldable flaps (19, 20) over the ends of the bands. Following this arrangement means that the shafts are easily and quickly fastened in place and the risk for loosening in the event of a fire is reduced considerably.<IMAGE> |
