PURPOSE:To eliminate such disadvantages as numerous number of processes and large ununiformity in quantity in usual manual works, by employing a device for supplying plastic material in a prescribed quantity which supplies a necessary quantity of the plastic material such as unvulcanized rubber of low viscosity highly accurately and continuously. CONSTITUTION:A material supplying device 4 consists of a first cylinder 41 and a first plunger 42. A material measuring device 5 includes a second cylinder 51 and a second plunger 55 and performs quantification according to the volume of the second cylinder 51. A communication channel 21 connects the first cylinder 41 to the second cylinder 51, and a valve 6 is interposed in the channel 21. The discharge port 513 of the second cylinder 51 is opened at a gate port 7. A gate 8 put on the gate port 7 is moved slidably in a reciprocated manner on the gate port 7 by a fourth hydraulic cylinder 81. Plastic material is inserted into the first cylinder 41 and compressed by the first plunger 42, and it is extruded from the gate port 7 via the valve 6 and cut off by the tip 83 of the gate 8. |
