PURPOSE:To deal with four-conditional inspection which involves a revolving magnetic field and a bias magnetic field through two-conditional inspection, by using a bias magnetic field which varies at a prescribed period while having the upper-limit and lower-limit specified values of inspection as a maximum and a minimum. CONSTITUTION:Using a bias magnetic field HB which has an Y-directional vector waveform with a longer period than the period of a revolving magnetic field with a waveform HY and also varies while having the upper-limit and lower-limit specified values of inspection as a maximum and a minimum, four- conditional inspection which involves the maximum and minimum of the revolving magnetic field and the maximum and minimum of the bias magnetic field is dealt with through two-conditional inspection. Thus, processing time is shortened to inspect a mass-storage magnetic bubble memory speedily. |
