摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the turbine efficiency in a low speed/high load region by using an actuator operated by detection signals composed of the boost pressure of a supercharger and the depression quantity of an accelerator to automatically control the aperture of a variable nozzle for controlling the discharge or intake flow. CONSTITUTION:When an acceleration pedal 18 is depressed to a full load condition, a load control lever 20 is rotated clockwise through a control rod 19 then a load detection lever 21 is rotated around a pin 22 in the same direction, thereby a cylinder 13 is moved to the left by a distance B. Then, an operation lever 7 is rotated counterclockwise through a rod 15, thereby a variable ring 2 is rotated in the same direction through rings 8, 9 and the nozzle aperture between multiple vanes 6 fitted to the variable ring 2 through a rocker arm 3 is made small. On the other hand, when the fuel injection quantity from a fuel injection pump 16 is increased, a boost pressure is flowed into the left chamber of the cylinder 13 through a passage 11', thereby the rod 15 is moved to the right and the nozzle aperture is made large.</p>
