Reactive (meth)acrylate adhesives having the structure of acetoacetic esters

There are described the use of acetacetoxyalkyl (meth)acrylates of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R1 denotes hydrogen or methyl and R2 denotes an alkylene or cycloalkylene radical, as reactive monomers in reactive adhesives curable by free radicals, and reactive adhesives based on a solution of elastomers and polymerisable monomers wherein at least some of the polymerisable monomers are acetacetoxyalkyl (meth)acrylates of the general formula I.
