PURPOSE:To improve operational efficiency by a method wherein a hybrid IC is removably fixed to a conveying jig where connectors are fixed to substrate and connecting pins are projected into taper holes of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:When a conveying jig 1 reaches the substrate 12, stoppers are inserted into holes 3 to locate the jig 1, the substrate 12 is lifted to insert probe pins 17 into taper holes 6 of the jig 1 connecting to connecting pins 8 of connector 7. Next, when inspection of combined IC20 by a device 10 is finished, the substrate 12 is lowered to remove said pins 17 from said jig 1 and said stoppers from said holes 3 conveying said jig. Through these procedures, the combined integrated circuit may be easily handled facilitating automation after fixing said jig which enables to fix and remove said circuit all together improving the operational efficiency. |
