PURPOSE:To restore the delay of a flow caused by reloading action, by continuously connecting two independent intermittent feed conveyers and regulating feed times of the both conveyers. CONSTITUTION:If an article is fed from an introducing path 1 to the start end part P1 of the first conveyer 2, the first conveyer 2 and the second conveyer 3 simultaneously operate an intermittent feed. When the article reaches the rear end P11 of the second conveyer 3, the articles of several pitches, for instance, three pitches P11-P9 are simultaneously reloaded to the other places by a reloading device during the idle time of intermittent feed. Then during the time for moving normally one pitch of the intermittent feed, the articles of three pitches are continuously moved. In this way, though the article at P1 of the conveyer 2 is moved to P4 of the conveyer 3, positions P2, P3 becomes empty. In consequence, the conveyer 3 is operated idle by two pitches, if the conveyer 2 is operated during this time, an initial condition can be restored to complete one cycle. |
