<p>PURPOSE:To attain to effectuate the boiling or the ebullition of a stock liquid, by a method wherein the convection of the stock liquid is attained in a strong boiling or ebullition degree by a rapid flow velocity and the washing is carried out rapidly and perfectly. CONSTITUTION:When wort is supplied into the main body 13 of a kettle so as to reach a set level L and steam introduced into a steam introducing pipe 27 from a steam supply means is supplied into a hollow chamber 25 from a slit 31 in hop mixed state, each inner pipes 32 are heated from the outer peripheral sides thereof and a small amount of the wort flowed into each inner pipes 32 is instantaneously heated and boiled to be forcibly injected from the side of an upper plate 22. In order to wash an internal heating apparatus 20, high pressure washing water is injected to be flowed into the inner pipes 32 from the sides of the upper plate 22 and a lower plate 23 to wash the inner surfaces of the inner pipes 32 rapidly and perfectly. In addition, because the flow velocity in the inner pipes 32 is fast, stain such as scale is hardly adhered to the inner surfaces thereof.</p> |
