When casting a concrete arch and something similar, where the arch 4 is cast on an arch table 1 and recesses 5 for, for example, a drawing line are included in the arch in the casting, a shaping plate 3 will be cast in the arch according to the invention so that it is anchored in it (at 3b, 3c) and forms a bottom 3a in a recess. The shaping plate can be cut using a simple manual cutting tool, e.g. a knife, so that holes 6a, 6b, 6c for drawing the lines can easily be put in the sheet metal. When the lines have been installed, the shaping plate acts as an arch table for recasting the recesses around the lines 7a, 7b, 7c.
