PURPOSE:To execute a measurement in safety and with high accuracy, by providing a rotary drum which has been fitted so that its rotating shaft is in the direction vertical to the moving direction, etc., between a sleigh body moving on adjacent two-throw insulators, and said two-throw insulators of the sleigh body. CONSTITUTION:An assigned voltage detecting device of an insulator has a plate- like sleigh body 3 moving on adjacent two-throw insulators 1, 1'. Also, in the center of the sleigh body 3, a hole is provided and a supporting body 5 is stuck, to which a rotary drum 6 and a voltage divider 7 are fitted. Also, the rotary drum 6 consists of a rotating shaft 8 being in the direction vertical to the moving direction of the sleigh body, and collars 9, 9 of both sides, and the collars 9, 9 are fixed to the rotating shaft 8 by fixing bolts 10, 10. According to such a constitution, the voltage divider can be moved freely to a measuring position under a charged state of a transmission line, and the assigned voltage of the insulator can be detected in safety and with high accuracy. |
