PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy in the intermittent movement by cutting and grinding the materials for an input shaft and for a driving cam in the integrated state of the both. CONSTITUTION:A driving cam material 23M is fitted with an input shaft material 12M, and both are integrated through shrink fit or welding. The input shaft material 12M is cut and ground in the integrated state, and a shaft supporting part 22 and a key way etc. are cut-formed to form an input shaft 12, and the driving cam material 23M is cut and ground to form a driving cam 23. The position relation between the shaft core of an output shaft 28 and the cam 23 is made adjustable by cutting by a proper amount, the contact part 23A on the both sides of the cam 23 onto which the inner race 21 of a taper roller bearing 19 is attached. Thus, the input shaft and the shaft core of the driving cam can be allowed to coincide, and the engagement position with the output shaft can be controlled to a proper position, and the accuracy in indexing can be improved. |
