PURPOSE:To prevent water from reaching a pellet, by providing a clearance in the periphery of the pellet so as to surround it. CONSTITUTION:Mold resin is cast into a cavity 8 through a runner 5 and a gate 6, and simultaneously high pressure gas is injected inward from a nozzle 7 positioned at the opposite side to the gate 6. Accordingly, in the neighborhood of the pellet 3', the atmospheric pressure becomes higher than in the periphery. Thereafter, the injection of the high pressure gas is stopped at the point that the pellet periphery with lower pressure is filled with resin, and thereby one having a clearance 4 in the periphery of the pellet 3' can be obtained. |
