摘要 PURPOSE:To enable troubles of a winker or the like to be readily detected in automobiles by varying the flashing frequency of connected flasher to detect the disconnected condition of flashers provided at the front and rear of the automobile. CONSTITUTION:When the disconnected condition of flashers or the like provided at the front and rear of an automobile is detected, voltage across both terminals of a current detecting element 107 is zero if either of loads 1, 2 in flashers or the like is disconnected and the output C of a comparator 104 is at H level. Thus, the output B of a reference voltage shift circuit 108 is zero, and voltage of the output E of a reference voltage generating circuit 103 has a predetermined value Vref not affected by said shift circuit 108. Also, when the output of the comparator 104 is at L level, the voltage across both terminals of the detecting element 107 becomes DELTAV2 smaller than voltage DELTAV1 in the normal time, and voltage of the output E becomes Vref-KDELTAV2. Thus, a capacitor 101 is repeatedly charged and discharged between Vref and Vref KDELTAV2 to flash the normal side lamp.
