PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency and durability by a method wherein an intake air-exhaust gas guide plate, which directs air to and gas from the burner ports of a gas burner, is arranged in a space between a stove main body and the upper end surface of the feet of a trivet so as to partition of the space into an intake air passage and an exhaust gas passage. CONSTITUTION:Owing to the exhaust draft action generated by the combustion at the gas burner 4, the intake air is supplied from the intake air passage 7 formed at the lower side of the intake air-exhaust gas guide plate 6 towards the burner ports 4a of the gas burner 4 as indicated with the arrow (c), which the combustion exhaust gas is past through the exhaust gas passage 8 formed at the upper side of the guide plate 6 as indicated with the arrow (d). Accordingly, the combustion gas is past while contacting with the bottom surface of the pot or the like 9. In such a manner as described above, the air is stably and surely supplied and consequently the combustion of gas is stabilized and at the same time heat is efficiently transmitted to the pot or the like and consequently a top board 2 and a boiling-over catch plate 3 are prevented from heating. |
