PURPOSE:To enable a number of counted values to be selectively indicated by providing between a power unit like an engine and a cathode-ray tube a converter sending electric signals for indicating the counted values indicating the running condition of the power unit on a picture indicating surface of the cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:A cathode-ray tube 10 is mounted on an instrument board 1 in the front of a cab of an automobile to indicate counted values representing the running conditions of a power unit 2 such as number of revolutions of an engine, travelling speed, temperature of a cooler, fuel amount in fuel system, etc. Then, between a detector for detecting the running condition of the power unit 2 and the cathode-ray tube 10 is interposed a converter 11 to convert the output of the detector to electric signals capable of applying analog or digital indication on a picture indicating surface of the cathode-ray tube 10. Also, equipments 6 such as communication unit, air conditioner, etc. and other accessories 16 are connected to a controller 12 constituting an indicator 15 through a connector 14 together with the cathode-ray tube 10 to indicate the running condition. |
