PURPOSE:To obtain a large inductance value by performing a simple process by a method wherein, after a lead wire which is covered by a heat-resistant insulating material and resin is wound around a magnetic substance rod, the above is heated up, a facing is provided with magnetic powder, and then a sintering process is performed. CONSTITUTION:A conductor wire 11 is wound around a winding core of sintered ferrite rod 10. The conductor wire 11 consists of a electric conductor whereon heat-resistant insulating material is covered around it and resin is also covered thereon. Then, after the resin has been removed by incineration by heating up the blank coil 20, the outside is provided with magnetic powder 19 and 21 by performing a pressure-molding, and a molded article consisting of the blank coil 20, whereon the facing of magnetic powder is provided, is obtained. Then, this molded material is sintered, and external terminals are formed on both end faces of said molded article. According to this method of manufacture, a large inductance value and Q value can be obtained because a winding system of forming a coil by winding a lead wire is basically adoped in the method, thereby enabling to accomplish substantial inprovements in the yield rate of production. |
