发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF DIRECTIONAL ELECTRICAL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a directional electrical sheet which has superior magnetic characteristics in a rolling direction by treating a slab for a low carbon directional electrical sheet of specific composition through hot rolling, annealing, and cold rolling successively, and then carrying out primary recrystallization annealing and high temperature finishing annealing. CONSTITUTION:A steel slab which contains <=0.02% C, <=5% Si, <=0.15% S, 0.01-0.08% Al, and <=0.01% N is heated at below 1,275 deg.C for hot rolling. Then, hot rolled plate annealing is carried out and cold rolling is performed once; and primary recrystallization annealing is carried out. An annealing separating agent is applied and the slab is laminated; while a temperature difference of >=2 deg.C per parallel 1cm steel plate surface is provided, finishing annealing including a heat treatment is carried out to complete secondary crystallization growth. By this method, a directional magnetic steel plate obtains a stabilized high magnetic flux density to suit for a transformer, etc.
