PURPOSE:To generate a laser with high efficiency at all times, and to conserve energy by interlocking the throttle of the diffuser with a gas supply system and automatically adjusting the throttle. CONSTITUTION:The command of the predetermined quantity of a gas supplied is outputted to a controller for the quantity of the gas supplied while being outputted to a pulse generating section 2 in a switch section 1. The pulse generating section 2 outputs corresponding pulses to a pulse motor 3, and turns the motor by a prescribed quantity. The revolution of the pulse moto 3 is transmitted to bevel gears 4, 5, a shaft 6, bevel gears 9, 10, 11, 12 and shafts 15, 19, and spur gears 16, 20 are rotated. When the spur gears 16, 20 are turned, racks 26, 27 are moved correspondingly, and the diffuser bodies 22, 23 are shifted through cylinder sections 24, 25. Throttle in the diffusers is adjusted through the movement of the diffuser bodies 22, 23. Accordingly, the diffuser bodies 22, 23 are symmetrically transferred by command from the switch section 1, and the throttle of the diffusers is made correspond to the quantity of the gas supplied and automatically adjusted. |
