PATIENT SUPPORTING TABLE TOP IN THE MEDICAL APPARATUS

This invention is concerned with the structure of a table top which is used in X-ray diagnosis appts. & a nuclear medical appts. The table top which a patient lies on & makes the measurement of a position possible is installed between an X-ray generating appts. & an X-ray detector opposite each other. The core material(16) in shape of a plate is composed of many hollow spheres reinforced with a fiber material. The surface plate to be attached to both sides of core material is woven from the same fiber material as a core. This table top is lesser in the absorption of X-rays, greater in strength.
